Mental Health - Clinical Team Senior Manager (SEO) - Secondment

This is a unique and valuable opportunity to spend time working with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW), gaining an insight into its role and activities relating to the scrutiny of mental health services. This includes HIW’s unique responsibilities under the Mental Health Act (1983). 

The scope of the role - coordinating peer reviewer recruitment, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and deputising for senior clinical leadership - offers a rich and varied experience that would significantly enhance an individual’s strategic insight, leadership capability, and operational understanding. 

The secondment is offered for one year period and is a chance for someone to step into a senior-facing role building strong networks across the organisation. This would be both rewarding and professionally stretching experience for the right candidate.
