Working with Care Inspectorate Wales, we inspected the work of Torfaen County Borough Council and Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
We carried out our assurance check between 29 September and 1 October 2025.
This is a multi-agency community learning disability team, with staff working across the local authority and Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
