Acute Clinical Team Advisor

This is a unique and valuable opportunity to spend time working with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales, gaining an insight into its role and ways of working, whilst making a meaningful contribution to the quality agenda. 

The scope of the role—coordinating peer reviewer recruitment, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and deputising for senior clinical leadership—offers a rich and varied experience that would significantly enhance an individual’s strategic insight, leadership capability, and operational understanding. 

The secondment is offered for six months and is a chance for someone to step into a senior-facing role building strong networks across the organisation. This would be both rewarding and professionally stretching experience for the right candidate.
