HIW was delighted to take part in the RCGP Annual Conference and Exhibition 2025, held on 9–10 October at the ICC Wales, Newport. Bringing together over 2,000 GPs and primary care colleagues, the event offered two days of learning, networking, and celebration.
Our participation gave us a valuable opportunity to highlight HIW’s role in supporting safe, high-quality care in general practice. We shared insights from our recent inspections of GP services in Wales and encouraged contributions to our Strategy 2026–2030 consultation, helping shape the future of healthcare in Wales.
We welcomed the chance to connect with the general practice community, discuss how we can work together to improve services, and reaffirm our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
