The Mental Health and Wellbeing Show 2026: Promoting open conversations about mental health - raising awareness and sharing real experiences

On Friday 15 May 2026, we were delighted to exhibit at The Mental Health and Wellbeing Show 2026 at Cardiff City Stadium.

The show was a motivating and inspiring all-day event, bringing together exhibitors, speakers and experts to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. With a packed programme of innovative seminars, practical advice, wellbeing activities and an extensive exhibition, it provided a valuable opportunity to explore the latest developments and best practice across the sector.

Sessions covered a wide range of topics, including workplace wellbeing, self-care, sleep, menopause, suicide prevention, bereavement, recovery journeys, and practical tools to manage mental health.

The event also highlighted the challenges, successes and innovations in supporting people with mental illness, sharing approaches to recovery and ongoing support.

Importantly, the day provided an valuable opportunity for us to connect and network with some of our Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) members, strengthening relationships and continuing important conversations around working towards a shared goal of driving improvement in healthcare.

We were grateful to be part of the event and have the chance to connect with so many people face to face. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand to chat, share your stories, and show your support - it was a pleasure meeting you all.

Quality mental healthcare matters to everyone!
