This memorandum of understanding (MoU) sets out the basis of the Welsh Ministers’ relationship with the Chief Inspector of Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and the Chief Executive of Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) within the First Minister’s Group.
