Working with Care Inspectorate Wales, we inspected the work of Neath Port Talbot Council and Swansea Bay University Health Board.

The inspection considered learning disability services provided by Neath Port Talbot Council and the Learning Disabilities Directorate within Swansea Bay University Health Board, which work in close partnership.
